Cancellation Policy/Payment Terms

Cancellations/Reductions: Cancellation of space made in writing on or before December 18, 2020 will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the space assigned. If a request for downsizing is received in writing on or before December 18, 2020, a 50% refund of the price differential will apply. Notification of downsizing or cancellation received after the dates specified above will not be subject to refund of any portion of the differential. IPC reserves the right to relocate the booth of the Exhibiting Company requesting downsizing. 

Cancellations due to COVID-19: If Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo is cancelled at IPC’s discretion or via government order, exhibitors will have the option to transfer funds to the 2022 event or elect to receive a full refund. 

Please note, if an exhibitor has previously cancelled at their own discretion, before IPC made this decision, the exhibitor will have the option to use the cancellation penalty towards the 2022 event or elect to receive a full refund.

The Rules and Regulations in the Exhibitor Service Manual shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide by and conform thereto. By selecting the checkbox below, the individual completing this contract represents that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of named exhibitor. This contract shall not be binding unless and until it is accepted and approved in writing by IPC's duly authorized signature.
