Cancellation Policy/Payment Terms

Membership Terms: Only one annual IPC membership discount allowed per IPC APEX EXPO event. If IPC membership lapses prior to the event, standard rates will apply.

Cancellations/Reductions: Cancellations or booth reductions on or before December 13, 2024 will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or booth reductions after December 13, 2024 will result in a 100% cancellation fee. IPC reserves the right to relocate the booth of the Exhibiting Company requesting downsizing.

If an exhibitor decides to cancel at their own discretion, the above cancellation policy stands.

IPC Cancels Event: If IPC APEX EXPO is cancelled at IPC’s discretion or via government order, exhibitors will have the option to transfer funds to the 2026 event or elect to receive a full refund.

Delinquent Payment Penalty: IPC reserves the right to apply a $6.00 per square foot penalty for any company not paid in full by December 13, 2024.

The Rules and Regulations in the Exhibitor Service Manual shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide by and conform thereto. By selecting the checkbox below, the individual completing this contract represents that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of named exhibitor. This contract shall not be binding unless and until it is accepted and approved in writing by IPC's duly authorized signature.
